Now take several minutes to consider what you have read (in the 4 Noble Truths and the Eightfold Path) and how what you have read applies to you.
Write down any thoughts that you might want to get back to.
After this, allow your mind to drift into peaceful serenity if it will. Don't force it. Just let it drift. If thoughts come to mind, consider them peacefully. Are they concerns? If so, write them down. Are they questions that you may want to ask? Write them down? Are they things you just may want to ponder? Do you need to ponder them now? If so, do so. If not, write them down for later reference.
If it is achievable for you, at this time, we would like to clear your active mind of pressing thoughts so it can be free to experience peaceful serenity. If your mind is too actively occupied with questions or concerns... we will need to clear it using constructive techniques.
